A Decade of Discovery
2026 marks 10 years since it all started here at Discover Year, with our very first kickoff, cohort, and Discovery Day!
A lot has changed in the past decade: Our community has expanded, our workshops have evolved, and our delivery has shifted. We experienced failure, and saw even more growth and flourishing.
A lot has also remained the same since 2016: Our culture of action, openness, and authenticity. Our purpose of sparking curiosity and igniting potential in young people. And of course, practicing elevator speeches—we’re still doing that, too!
